For some community services you clean up the environment through weeding and picking up garbage, and other ways are by planting seeds and spreading mulch which will make the environment more fertil. It doesn't stop there though, there are many ways in which community service helps the environment, so go out there and find out the other ways by getting active in your own communities!!! Yay! [Just wanted to put that in there! ^^ -hehe-]
Community service is important to the enviroment. People cleaning up trash off the side of the road help it from eventually washing into a stream ir river somewhere. Also, like Sociosphere, making birdhouses provides a habitat for a bird that might not of otherwise had anywhere.
Community service can affect our enviorment in many ways. One way it can affect our enviorment in a positive way is that it can help farms and places get work done without automotives which reduces pollution and runn off which in turn helps our enviorment in a positive fashion
There are many ways community service can affect the environment. For example, I live on the Blue Ridge Mountain and my mom is on the Mtn Land Planning Commission. She is dedicated to slowing housing construction on the mountain to preserve the forests and wildlife. Every summer, my best friend and I pick up garbage on the beach at Chincoteague. My family also picks up litter along our road and when we hike.
There are many ways to affect your enviroment by doing community service. You can volunteer to clean up a state park or river.Both of these activities help make sure that nothing bad gets into or says in the enviroment, which affects the enviroment positively while doing community sevice. You could even work with a volunteer program to teach people about the enviroment. This would also positively affect the enviroment because it would raise awarness. These are just 2 of the ways you can help the enviroment while doing community service.
What better way is there to help your community than to clean it up and preserve it for future generations? Plus, you feel good about yourself afterwards.The environment benefits and so do you.
